Website case study for London Plumbing company



A project starting at a brand refresh. The logo was updated to modernise it and a new brand palette and brand strategy was created. The company wanted to move forward in a friendlier brighter approach as the dark website was not working for them. This was to be followed by a new website design and development



The client

Pettifer Plumbing is a long established well respected Plumbing and Heating company based in London and Essex. With an eye to detail and friendly warm staff their organised company looks after a large number of clients for boiler installations, bathroom fits and servicing and maintenance.



The strategy

We started by creating a brand strategy. This led to a clear direction for the company brand. Our in-house staff undertook the project with a new brand palette and updated logo. The next step was to create cartoon style characters using the key members of staff for likeness. The website design was then produced tieing everything together. Once all the design components were completed the project moved to production where our techies created the website whilst integrating it via APIs to two external systems. A CMS system was also produced allowing the manager access to the blogs and projects to keep the content up to date.
