The customisation and introduction of our internally developed Rhadar system for Terapia. This system is a Data Management System for Counselling and Therapy based organisations and charities specifically for managing clients and providing recording, reports and statistics.

Terapia is a leading London Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling training charity providing highly specialised counselling, psychotherapy and bespoke mental health services for young people, children, parents and families.

The strategy

After a productive meeting with Terapia we confirmed the additions to the already powerful Rhadar system which Swift has developed in-house. With a planned and staged approach the system was modified to accommodate the client's needs. The result is the Rhadar system totally customised to suit Terapia's needs.
